Sales Team Members
Business to Business sales experience is a plus but not required. Skills needed for current sales team member opening may include the following:
- This position will start with a base salary with commissions and bonus package connected to new sales development. Complete training of products and selling techniques will be provided.
- Create new business by identifying and qualifying potential accounts.
- Ability to recommend product features and benefits, maintain superb listening skills to present products.
- Generate sales leads through personal social media platforms and direct business to business contact selling.
- Apply skills to meet maximum goals and income potential.
- Initiate sales processes by scheduling appointments and building relationships.
- Closing sales with potential accounts by meeting customers wants and needs with superb product knowledge and the ability to showcase the benefits of doing business with LFW Office Solutions.
- Continues education, maintains personal networks and participates in professional organizations.
