Account Manager with professional sales and social media skills needed to cover a territory in the Southwest Michigan area. Candidate must be driven with high energy and motivation to succeed. Business to Business sales experience is a plus but not required. This position will start with a base salary with commissions and bonus package connected to new sales development. Complete training of products and selling techniques provided.

>Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments and building relationships. >Closing sales with potential accounts by meeting customers wants and needs with superb product knowledge and the ability to showcase the benefits of doing business with LFW. >Preparing proposals and service contracts and executing the leasing end of your sale cycle. >Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. >Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. >Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
